elfogy a levegő without air
In a small Hungarian town, Ana is a dedicated and progressive literature teacher. Loved by her students for her creative approach, she introduces them to the film Total Eclipse (1995) by Agnieszka Holland, which explores the relationship between poets Arthur Rimbaud and Paul Verlaine. However, when the father of one of the students learns about this assignment, he reports Ana to the school principal, setting off an unforgiving wave of homophobic backlash.
This film offers a stark and chilling portrayal of a conservative society, highlighting the complex interplay of ethics, freedom, and personal responsibility.
